Data we process
We process only the data needed for communication, booking, payment, accommodation and legal compliance.
- name, email address and phone number
- dates, selected house and number of guests
- billing address and payment status
- messages or special requests
- technical data necessary for secure website operation
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to enter into and perform the accommodation contract, respond to enquiries, keep tax and accounting records, protect legitimate claims and operate the service securely. We do not send marketing messages without a separate legal basis or consent.
Recipients and transfers
Where necessary, data may be processed by our hosting and database providers, email provider, accountants and GoPay payment gateway. Card details are entered directly in GoPay's secure environment and are not stored by R Limoli Houses.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only for as long as needed for communication and legal claims. Booking, payment and accounting records are retained for the periods required by law. Data is then securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing and receive portable data where the legal conditions are met. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Cookies and security
The website uses technical means necessary for administration login, booking, security and correct operation. Non-essential marketing cookies are not stored without consent. Data transmission is protected by HTTPS encryption.
